I grew up over at Livejournal. I've recently moved here, it's a nice neighbourhood in a gated-community. I realise that this was my chance to "start over" fresh and I could have chosen any username, but 'Lakinisjuice' is who I am, who I have been for a decade.

A lot has happened since I created my first blog - not all of it pretty! As is wont to happen, I have done some growing-up, I've thrown some ranty-tanties and I've accepted some hard truths. I like who I am today, it's been a long road from an abused childhood that spawned a lying, needy, melodramatic wannabe to someone who finally accepts herself, just as she is and in that acceptance, can finally let go of years of hurt & betrayal and just be normal.

This journal is dedicated to recording my dreams. While I may choose to post other content here, most of the posts are completely locked as they are simply an online record for me to reflect upon and are frankly not interesting enough to share.
